Music in my mind

I woked up in early morning yesteday. My early dreams was full of music. Not music i was heard, but it was my own. Then today morning i played it in my other computer, with studio software. It was a miracle. First time in a year. What is this that you can´t do music. You have sequensers, samplers and studio-software but notting happens.
